It is in harmonic minor, tuned with the default just tuning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harmonic minor is known as &#8220;Mogen Ovos&#8221; to klezmer musicians.  Rather than apply western harmony practice (except for the final cadence), every player is picking notes independently.
